2015: Claudia Güdel starts with detail solutions. She designs physically with scissors, paper and bust, transforms seams into modeling lines, makes darts disappear and integrates pockets as micro-architectures into the design. She usually leaves these unlined so that the framework remains visible. Accordingly, many of the models are reversible. Claudia Güdel is really satisfied with a design that strikes the right balance between elegant and casual, that fits into a chalet as well as a concert hall.
